What is a temporary email?
A temporary (or disposable) email is a short-lived address you can use instead of your real one. Anything sent to it appears in your PHMail inbox, and the whole inbox — address and messages — is removed automatically when it expires.
How long does my PHMail inbox last?
Each inbox lasts 60 minutes by default. You can extend it in 60-minute increments a limited number of times, delete it early, or generate a new address at any point.
Do I need to register?
No. There are no accounts, passwords, or sign-ups. An address is created for you the moment you open the site.
Can I receive verification emails?
Yes — verification codes, confirmation links, and other transactional emails sent to your temporary address arrive in your inbox within seconds. Note that some services block disposable email domains.
Can someone access my temporary inbox?
Access requires a secret token that only your browser holds — knowing the email address alone is not enough to read the inbox through PHMail. Keep in mind email itself travels over ordinary mail infrastructure, so avoid using temporary addresses for sensitive accounts.
Are messages permanently stored?
No. Messages are stored only while the inbox is alive. A scheduled cleanup permanently removes expired inboxes and all of their messages.
Can I send emails from PHMail?
No. PHMail currently supports receiving emails only. Outgoing email is intentionally not offered.
